Lovely

Been here two years. My unit is super quiet. While some things are slow to be repaired, they are always non essential. Like my door bell. No big deal. Other repairs are done as soon as USDA allows. The apartments are nice and better than half the ones I lived in while I lived in Portland. There currently is not any playground toys but that is because the budget as we were told doesn't have money for a replacement. The previous one was wrecked by adults in complex approximately 3 years ago. ... There is a common room. Always has been. I have been attending birthday parties there for the last 7 years. The laundry has been 24 hours a day for the last 2 years and is subject to change but only if people keep bringing outside people to do their laundry. The laundry is for tenants only. This is a high traffic area with apartment buildings on one side of us and duplexes on the other, but really for the most part it is quiet. I have recommended this apartment complex to several of my friends. The only people I have seen that don't like this place were kicked out for doing illegal things or for lieing and getting disqualified for living here.

This is a slum

this place is a slum, maintenance is slow to repair anything if they get around to it at all. their is no playground, clubhouse, or useable multi-purpose room. the landscaping is pathetic and again that's when they get around to it. the culture is absolutely awful with borderline illegally nosey neighbors.
