How Is This Rating Determined?

Not so great management when moved in

Move in day was chaotic. I wasn't told that I had to move in after 4 pm, and my moving party was already on their way at noon when I showed up. Didn't tell me that I had a roommate and apparently they never told my roommate that I was moving in today or give them a notice. Makes me fear management from now on.

Location

These apartments have a good general location. Close enough to walk to get food or groceries. Tucked away and quiet enough to be able to relax.

Nothing Beats This Place

I've lived here since 2021 and I literally have no complaints. From the maintenance crew to the front desk staff everyone has been nothing but wonderful and ready to help me with any issues I have. The apartments come pre-furnished and ready to go, which saves so much money on furniture. They constantly do giveaways and fun community events, and they truly are a fantastic place to live.

Good at roommate matching

It’s a great option if you don’t have anyone you know that you can live with. They can be unorganized at times, but overall a great place to live.
