Nice location, terrible complex I first just want to say the 1 star is for the lady in the office. She was so sweet and kind. The complex is awful. I visited C,D and E. The hallways are dirty, dark and smelly. Everyone keeps their shoes and garbage out front- or you can tell a lot of people hang out front. There were beer bottles lined up on top of the outside railings of building C. Place smelled like lingering cigarettes. I really wanted to like this place
