Nice convenient location

The manager and his assistant are super nice. They even sent me a birthday card for my birthday ?? The apartment is in a very convenient location near bus line restaurants, grocery stores and multiple waterfronts. It is a small quiet complex neighbors were friendly.

Exceptional apartment!

I have lived in several locations within Kent/Des Moines, and have found that Harbor Gate Apartments was by far, the best experience ever. I have lived in both the 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom unit. I have stayed here 2 different times- and only had to finally leave after the arrival of our 3rd child :) The units are are extremely clean, upkept, and up to date. If I ever had an issue that needed attention, I always received a prompt response and resolution. Not only are the apartments well... maintained, but the entire property is kept in tip top shape. The owner and property manager, Monty and Leora respectively, are committed to maintaining everything as if it were their own home. The building and common areas are regularly cleaned and the parking lot is always free of debris. This is a great place to live! I’m just sad there are no 3 bedroom units!
