Not a place to live
The constant management turnover and unhelpful staff are the absolute breaking point for me, and these issues are the primary reasons I am moving out of this community.
It feels like the leasing office staff changes every six months. Because of this constant rotation, nobody ever knows what is going on, complaints are completely ignored, and the staff is incredibly unhelpful when you bring them an issue. There is zero consistency or accountability here.
On top of the terrible management,... residents have to deal with severe safety hazards and structural issues daily:
Serious Security & Safety Issues: The building advertises a secured "Call Box" system, but it is completely useless. Multiple exterior doors remain broken or propped open all the time. Because of this lack of security, homeless individuals easily enter the building and can reach any floor, making the environment feel incredibly unsafe.
Unenforced Parking & Towing Nightmare: Management strictly limits you to one single parking spot per apartment—meaning there are no second spots for spouses and zero guest parking. To make matters worse, they don't even protect the spot you do have. If someone illegally parks in your assigned spot, management won't help you, and you aren't even allowed to have the vehicle towed. You are just left with nowhere to park.
Constant Garbage Backups & Horrific Smells: The trash chutes/holes are blocked almost all the time. Because the garbage builds up instead of being cleared, a terrible stench fills the entire building. The hallways are also frequently full of smoke and stagnant air because the ventilation is so poor.
Severe Elevator Issues: With 28 units on a single floor, a working elevator is an absolute necessity. However, the elevator breaks down constantly, making it incredibly complicated and exhausting just to get groceries up to your home.
Living here means paying full price for a community but receiving stressful, unsafe living conditions and a rotating door of unhelpful staff. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere
