Location Location Location!

My fiancé moved to Creekside apartments sight unseen and it was more than we could have hoped for. The office staff are kind, friendly and helpful. The apartments are incredibly spacious and though I would have really preferred hard wood style flooring because it makes dealing with pets so much easier, and the fireplace never worked and we only just figured out that there was supposed to be a remote for it as we were moving out....the good of this place has far outweighed any inconveniences we... have experienced in our 3 years here. Parking has been very easy. Neighbors have been helpful and kind. Location has been a DREAM! I get to wake up and take the dogs for a walk on trails in any direction. The town of Dupont is quaint and quiet. The only reason we are moving out is for job opportunities closer to the city, but we will miss Creekside. You should definitely live here.

Awesome complex!

Community amenities are the best, office staff is friendly, apartments are nice, valet trash service is awesome, there are many community activities, several walking trails to the beach, and my neighbors switched their parking spot so that I may park there to be close to the electrical outlet on my porch to charge my 100% electric car.
