The Arbors at Edgewood

This place sucked! We have lived in many apartments and this was one of the worst. We were harassed by my downstairs neighbor and management never did anything despite me letting them know he was screaming obscenities at me and my one year old. Upon move out they quoted us prices for carpet cleaning and general cleaning based on our apartment’a condition prior to move out. So we cleaned of course! And they sent us a bill charging us the FULL price for cleaning and tacked on 50 for the carpet… cleaning. This apartment was brand new when we moved in and we only lived there for 11 months. There were absolutely no stains or any reason to upcharge us on the carpets. And why did I even bother cleaning the entire place (with a one year old in tow) for them to charge us anyways???
Enjoy hearing everything your neighbors say through the walls, every kid running up and down their hallways, never knowing if you have a package waiting in the office, AND getting your car broken into. Read More

Greystar is the worst management company ever.
People at front desk kept changing, and manager seems to be disorganized & clueless.

List of negatives:
- noisy neighbor
- not enough parking space; extra fee for covered space
- poor heater control that's either too hot or too cold
- small hot water tank (looks like shared with neighbor) that always run out of hot water in the winter
- poor management
- charged me late fee when the rent was turned in previous month already

This apartment complex has the worst management I have ever seen in any business. We lived there for 1 year and it was nothing but problems starting with the fact that they didn't have the building ready for us to move into at the agreed upon date....we had to find temporary housing for a month while we waited. Then when they told us it was ready they didn't have it cleaned prior to us moving in, there was dirt and sawdust everywhere. Then we spent the next year trying to get management to… fix the problem with loud neighbors....we were one of several to complain, and they just told us there's nothing they can do about the noise. And finally we moved out and have been receiving harassing calls that we have a debt with them for damages and cleaning....kind of ironic. When we started our apartment hunt The Arbors was the first place we looked. We were so impressed by the friendly staff, the amenities and the apartment we saw. We have also looked at numerous apartments since, in person and online, and after weeks of looking we have decided to go with The Arbors! (We just wanted to look around and find the best place for our family!) No other apartment complex had such glowing reviews.
