Great Place to Live
I moved here in June 2020 and I love living here. It's a very convenient location. Grocery stores, Edmonds waterfront, Swedish Hospital-Edmonds, coffee shops, etc. Parking is free and I never have a problem finding a place to park. My electric bill is very cheap. I don't usually pay more than $20-$25 per month, although I don't turn on my heat all the time, because it is warm in my place.

Location location location - this place has it.
This is a SHAG apartment complex for Seniors and it is a really nice place.

Last place I ever want to live
When I reached the age of 70 (2011) I wanted a place to live until it was time to move on the another stage of life, that is the spirit life with Jesus.
SHAG (Senior Housing Association Group) provides a decent place but is now become pricey for my income.

A SHAG apartment complex for Seniors
supposed to be affordable rent but has become more then my income can afford so my kids make up the difference.
