Bluffs at Evergreen

management team really cares about their residents! Keeps the property safe and clean.

This apartment complex is so dirty. Barley find parking. Drug addicts everywhere. Literally just not worth what I am paying for not to mention they increased rent twice within a 6 month period. Increased rent by $300. This place is just trash.

There is garbage thrown all I've the property. The entire complex smells like a landfill. To make things worse, the tenants here not only trash this complex, but they go to other complexes nearby and tear down fencing, pick fights with kids, and just trash the properties.

I’ll be coming up on my year of living here at the Bluffs at Evergreen.
My apartment is cozy and comfortable.
When I had any issues with minor things that have gone wrong I could just go to management who by the way are extremely kind, caring and friendly ladies and they would get maintenance on it immediately.
I appreciate the welcome feeling that receive from the staff.

I originally moved in 2010 due circumstances out of my control had to move to a different building \ unit in 2016. The Maintenance crew here are on top of their game.. They get the job done well and efficiently. It he management here are very welcoming and as well as the maintenance crew on top of things. We are on the bus line and near stores which is a plus. I am greatful for the people around me.
