NOT A GOOD PLACE TO RENT FROM!

Holly Ridge or the HNN Communities Cooperation is NOT a good place to rent from. They do NOT tell you everything you SHOULD know BEFORE you sign your lease. When you call the mail office or "Resident Relations" line because you have a concern you get NO reply. I have called 7 different times leaving a voicemail to have a return call and I received NONE! I also sent an email with again NO reply. They advertise these supposed wonderful amenities and it is NOT TRUE! All the office does is makes… excuses as to why the tenants are not allowed to use the amenities as they should be stating lack of employees. VERY POOR TENANT SERVICE! It appears as though all they want is your money and once you move in, they don't care if you are happy living there or not. When you do voice a concern on a website in a review all they do is say "oh we are sorry you are having an issue please call our office or "Resident Relations" line so we can talk to you and make the situation better. This is a load of garbage. They NEVER return your calls. One neighbor here literally has her kitchen cupboard FALLING OFF the wall and she has tried for OVER 2 weeks to get the maintenance people to come fix it and she gets NO REPLY! They do NOTHING to fix the issues.
