Maintenance never completed, pay for parking but not able to park at site, hidden fees, cabana hours doesn’t accommodate residents that work for a living during the day/week so using the gym is useless, walls are paper thin so you hear everything and having a “secure” building is none existent because the door was always broken and residents would leave the door open for anyone to come in because their too lazy to have their keys on them…

When moving-in the staff were very helpful and were happy to give me a tour of the community. They were also open and accepting of hearing any concerns that I had about the apartment concerning cleanliness and took immediate action to resolve it. I can tell that the staff works very hard and they take pride in doing a good job and not cutting corners to benefit themselves.

Been here for long enough to enjoy it, the staff was helpful while going through the process of trying to get in to these apts, they were right on top of getting maintenance in for repairs, beautiful landscaping, neighbors on other side of fence are quiet
