I lived here for a year and 6 months unfortunately . Ive seen multiple cars broken into(including u-hauls), there was a “unaliving” that took place in the complex next door, neighbors are loud and inconsiderate, you will constantly see trash in the hallways, the quiet hours aren’t enforced, the fire alarm is pulled every few weeks for no reason like clockwork, the no smoking rule is a JOKE! There is a constant cigarette smell, the walls are thin as paper and the doors are not insulated or even… fitted properly leaving the biggest gaps I've ever seen. Because of that I can hear a penny drop in the hallway on the other side of the building. The staff is nice but almost never in the office and they don't answer the phone so good luck getting packages if they were even delivered to the right place or stolen, and don't even bother ordering anything you need to sign for. There is a fruit fly AND roach problem. The water is STILL YELLOW and every time I brought it up they said “its acceptable by city standards”, I had a total of 5 packages stolen, I have only seen security ONCE since they were hired, there is only one working elevator in the whole complex so if you’re not in building A good luck, maintenance has entered as far as I know 2 times without proper notification forcing me to install cameras. Since I have been here for over a year I now pay MORE than what they charge for a 2 bed for a 1 bed! Do yourself a favor and do not rent here or anywhere else on casino road! Read More

Living here has been beyond horrible. I can't wait for our lease to be up. no safety my husband truck was broken and goods stolen just outside our parking the office workers are horrible out of office now and then breaks it's just a horrible place to be!

Great place to live management is kind and understanding, the apartments came a long way.
They have a new maintenance supervisor and he is absolutely wonderful.
Debbi the manager in the office is lovely, kind, respectful, and understanding with most things :)…
There could be more improvements in certain areas of the apartments but what time I’m sure the new management will get everything in order..

Management never around, painstaking process getting packages from office, deceitful marketing makes you think this property is upscale when in reality it is not in any way shape or form. Common areas are never cleaned, expect to see the same litter in your hallway from your neighbors for weeks. There’s a huge camp of transient people that set up tent behind the leasing office- that’s how you know you’re at Nova. Lots of mold everywhere.
