My apt. home at Holly Village

I love my two bedroom apt. home and enjoy living here at Holly Village .
I feel safe and secure with the safety sprinklers in the celing in each room , and our entire fire alarm system .
Also, enjoy several amenties in my apt. , such as dish washer , and stack washer and dryer.
Really enjoy our beautiful courtyard, that is so well maintained. Have enjoyed living here for the last ten years and hope , can stay for more. Community Director , always has time to listen and shows concern for all… tenants.

Good Afternoon, although we appreciate your feedback as well as understand your frustrations with the rental community, The accommodations we provide here at "Vintage at Holly Village" are of extreme value in our market today.
Yes we do increase… rents at lease renewal time, as well as at the time the state gives all tax-credit apartment communities the new income and rent limits for adjustments in our specific counties, based on the median income and rent limits.
We will continue to keep our rent rates competitive and we hope you enjoy your home.
