Maintenance Maintenance issues are always handled quickly and with respect to people’s time and schedule. Even on the weekend I had an emergency and it was handled within an hour .

Excellent staff Tammee and Jason are THE BEST to deal with no matter how difficult the situation is. I’ve been here almost 11 years now and it’s mostly due to the service we get from them

Incomplete move in My move-in experience at this apartment has been extremely disappointing. The unit was clearly not ready or properly maintained. The front door is missing the middle and bottom screws on the hinges, which is a serious safety issue, and another interior door is completely missing.
The bathroom toilet was clogged upon arrival, which is unacceptable. On top of that, the closet rods were missing, making the closets unusable, and all the drawers throughout the apartment are dingy,... dirty, and in need of fresh paint or replacement.
For the price of rent, I expected at least a clean, functional, and secure space. Instead, I was met with incomplete repairs and poor upkeep. I would absolutely not recommend this property unless major improvements are made.
