They ask you to move-in right away but the unit is not ready yet. manager/assistant rely only what maintenance told them . they should check so they know if everything is done, I move with no door fix window . no door at the patio storage, and MANAGER (ARON) said its livable. the day I move in the maintenance guy is not done fixing the tub its still some crack on it. big dogs around (pitbull no leash ) dirty laundry .

While we've lived here for almost 5 years and found the staff friendly, the complex was recently sold and new owner is raising our rent over $200 a month. Being on a fixed income makes it hard. While the buildings aren't in the best repair, we have no major complaints other than outdated storm windows that leak air during the winter and sagging foundation that messes with doors closing properly on the decks. Most buildings are two story, some are three.As one reviewer said, you never see… security unless you call them. Washing machines are often out of order, no gym, sauna or other "amenities" to speak of and the pool is rarely open. I've not seen any large dogs, just small ones and cats.

I don't know if I would really recommend these apts unless you are established with section 8 housing, otherwise, it's not worth the cost. Read More

If anyone says this place is great they either are liars or work there, this apartment is gross, unclean, there is always cops there, people who have no respect for their neighbors smoking weed, breaking beer bottles. OMG! they have rats and roaches! this place needs to be shut down. and they main office staff is very rude and lazy when you request to get something fixed in the apartment they wait till they find some garbage to replace what was broken with something that is from another… apartment. my apartment was the best ive ever had.I was able to rearange my living room seven different ways.My bedroom could hold a king queen and a full size bed in it.my friends would tell me that i clean to much because i was always cleaning.waking up to a clean house is the best feeling in the morning.I really enjoyed my place because it looked like a different apartment every three weeks.thats when i changed it around.
