apartments for the rich only

A place only the rich unfortunately can hold, 5 times the required average income, 2 years of home ownership or rental just to eligible in not just this apartments but to all the ones this company owns, if you're in need of a home IMMEDIATELY and have the cash ready! This isn't the place to go. Look somewhere else. For this is a place that only seems fit for the rich and posh

To… clarify, the 5x income requirement mentioned applies specifically to co-signers - not to every applicant. Our standard qualifications are designed to ensure long-term housing stability for all residents, but we know they may not work for every situation.

We'd be more than happy to assist you further by exploring some of our sister properties that may have different availability or qualification criteria. Sometimes a better fit is just around the corner, and we'd love the chance to help you find it!

I love it here in Port Landing!

I'm so lucky to have found this location. For the price I'm paying for to live here is a wonderful deal. Every room is up to date and modern. I love all the amenities they provide here from the pool to the gym to everything else. It feels very safe and secure and all the tenants here are respectful and quiet. I'm so thankful for the wonderful staff here who has made my transition to Port landing comfortable. The service that the Leasing consultant provided me made me feel at ease and it made… me feel that she cared. Any questions or problems that I have is resolved right away. I'm so thankful to be living here at Port Landing.
