Sherwood Park Apartments
Sherwood Park is in a small town called Fife, which is right next to Tacoma.
There are many quadruplex apartments, and several owners.
My landlords are a very nice couple and are managed by the Tecton Corporation. They are very friendly and are willing to work with you to make your life here as comfortable as they can.
They keep their areas very nice and clean. They also do well to try and rent to upstanding type people.
They have a puckup truck that they have allowed me to use to get... furniture with. Trash is never full for long.
Some of the other owners in the area, however, do not keep up such good appearances. The people they rent to are very loud and do not keep things very clean...they also have no trash service...
