Very Poorly Managed
This place is very poorly managed, the owner doesn't have enough money or doesn't care enough to make any proper changes. Their security is a ring camera or trail cameras that kids have nearly destroyed, and outside is very poorly lit at night. Approximately 30 cars were broken into or vandalized while I lived there. Kids are unsupervised and tear -up the property at will. The management is lazy and never there, the office is closed more than its open... or the owner is there alone with locked... doors afraid of all the tenants they've had to evict for not paying their rent. There is severe water and mold damage in many of the apartments. Some apartments have 8-12 people living in them and are not on the lease causing a very full parking lot. People smoke inside the apartments all the time even though is against health department regulations.

dissatisfied
bugs/webs/eggs everywhere. fleas in yard. equipment in gym broken, office hardly ever open so cant use gym any way. rent is ridiculous *not sure what we are paying for* broken utilities, maintenance guy will band-aid and then it breaks within a week and they will blame you for it. also dont let your kids play outside, if they accidentally break a window it will cost around $400.00 or more.

A GREAT PLACE
Having toured quite a few of the local communities, this one was my favorite.
Very well kept up, the grounds and buildings are beautiful!
