Tenants can arrange to hook-up to cable & a personal account. The tenant has exclusive use of the 3-car garage. The owner will retain the storage area beneath this garage, as well as the other detached ugarge. The waterfront dock must be raised out of the water for the winter and lowered in the summer, so tenant & owner aagree to communicate & cooperate on this maintenance issue. The boathouse is currently used for storage. The owner will leave some supplies there and share the space with the tenant.
The security deposit of $3,000., is refundable to the tenant after completion of the check-out inspection & in accordance with stipulations & requirements in RCW59.18.280.
The tenant is to pay the screening fees for background check and credit score after preliminary approval of the application.
