Awful renewal
I have been residing here for over 18 months now, and I must say that I am quite pleased with the maintenance service. It is exceptionally fast and well-appreciated. However, I must express my dissatisfaction with the leasing office. As my lease was approaching its end on July 31st, I had not received any renewal offers. Despite reminding them on at least four occasions throughout the entire month of July, I did not receive any response regarding the renewal. All I received were vague assurances... that they were "working on it."
During the negotiation process, I expressed my interest in moving to another apartment within the same building. However, they failed to inform me that I needed to submit a deposit for the new apartment until someone else had already applied for it. This lack of communication was quite frustrating and unexpected.
I would not trust this leasing team, even though they have replaced their old team members, but the process remains the same. Awful experience.
