Ignore previous positive review - lots of change

You can easily track this journey on their reviews on other platforms as well - this property is in a constant state of management cut over where tenants are getting banged on promises/agreements or things fall through the cracks. I fall in the later category.

The office staff have been incredibly unhelpful with a noisy neighbor that borders on comical at times and absolutely is a nuisance (by definition). I have had to agressively chase them to get any updates, and from what I can tell - two… weeks later nothing meaningful has happened. The noise certainly hasn't stopped. They don't reply to emails. They don't return calls when they promise to.

Good luck if you move here - hopefully you have a peaceful experience. But if you don't, it ain't getting resolved anytime soon.

Fantastic property, fantastic staff

I have lived at Discovery West for almost 2 years now. It is a beautiful property, located in the Issaquah Highlands. The buildings are kept clean; cleaning staff works daily. The place looks and smells clean, from the elevators to the hallways to the garbage/recycle rooms on each floor. My neighbors above, below, on both sides, and across hall from me are quiet. I feel completely safe, even when walking the dogs late at night. I've parked my car outside in the open lot for residents for these… near 2 years, and have never had any theft or vandalism. The office staff are unfailingly responsive to my requests for maintenance and for assistance of any kind. The neighborhood is totally walkable, and a pleasure to live in. My experience here has been overwhelmingly positive. Great place to live. I highly recommend Discovery West.

Terrible

This used to be a good place to live but since they changed management the complex started to be dirty, we got some stuff stoled from us in the parking and they probably never saw the camera records to find out who was.

When I moved out the elevator failed and they charged me about 650 dollars for the repair, also they charged me a pet fee but I never had any pets, I tried to talk this problem with them but they are just rude and intrasigent. Finally since we could bot get into an agreement… they sent me to collections.

I regret the day I chose discovery west to live...
