Maintenance Staff An on-site maintenance team is a bonus. Something goes wrong and the maintenance team responds almost immediately. Sometime again my fridge went out - within 20 minutes maintenance was there assuring me not to worry - if it could be fixed they said they would move a fridge from an empty/unleased unit.
