WORST APARTMENTS IN TRI-CITIES! AVOID
These apartments deserve a 0 rating.
AVOID with all their promises they give you. Moved in knowing they had their amenities were nice with having kids. Was asked if the kids playground would open they said couldn't get anyone to open for months and never was opened. Was 100°out in summer Pool was never opened didnt look like they tried to clean it to open.Kids scooters and bikes got stolen in day light. I see car prowlers all the time. Dishwasher did not work maintenance came turned it on... heard a noise and said it was fine,so never worked.
Overall just a joke they just take your money but do absolutely nothing for you. Also the room was acomplete mess when moving in. Paint all over floors. Just horrible in all.

HORRIBLE!
ROACHES!! you wont see any when you first move because they fumigate before renting BUT the roaches ALWAYS come back! its a literal ROACH INFESTATION! Apart from this the laundry room is never open and pools always closed. STAY AWAY! If I could give a negative star rating I would!!!

Keep Away
Most units have roaches and mice and management acts as if you brought them in when you moved in. Tried moving out but management told new apartments that we had an infestation so now we’re stuck here for the time being. Also our mailbox has been broken for about 4 months now and management can’t seem who to blame for the lack of fixing my mailbox. Don’t believe i welcome you to move in.

Nice Decent Place To Live At
Been living here for 4 years. No complains. I keep to myself and keep my apartment clean and NO roaches. I submit an order and yes at times they forget but I remind them and they stay on top of it. No one bothers no one. I like it living here.

ROACHES!!!
There’s been roaches since before we moved in we have everything documented thankfully. We’re trying to move out and they told the new apartments that we have an infestation which I’m sure they forgot to mention that they’ve had this place infested before we moved in. The times they’ve came to do something about it have been ineffective there is still roaches to this day. A lot of our neighbors have moved out but it seems like we’re trapped here. Don’t recommend at all save yourself the headache... .
