This place is disgusting and the manager is rude.
These apartments are always dirty. If I could post pictures here I would. There's trash everywhere. They never fix things properly. The washer and dryers never work. Manager is rude, two faced.

Unsanitary
There’s a reason why it costs several thousands to break a lease here, because I have no doubt people would be breaking their leases far more often with the state of things. There’s always tons of garbage, there’s roaches, when we moved in the apartment was filthy and had to be recleaned. Our biggest regret is moving here.

Great place to live
Complex is very clean and the newly renovated units are so nice. Property managers do a great job and treat everyone with respect. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a friendly place in a great location.
