The price is $1547. per month with a $500 damage/security deposit. The apartment is 650 sq feet with a fireplace in the living room and a large closet for storage space. There is adequate storage space in the kitchen.The bedroom is the most sunny room in the entire building with plenty of room for any size bed.
The rent includes all utilities except for WiFi and cable. We recommend a streaming device rather than cable. Also a PO Box must be rented.
