Great
I lived here for 5 years, never had an issue. The pond in the back is beautiful. Anytime I requested the maintenance guy he would show up and fix the problem. The manager was even better. I honestly didn’t want to move out because of how awesome she was. If I ever move back to WA. I’ll make sure to see if she’s still there and has an opening.

Not safe. Mold. Moss. Flood. Noisy.
Electrical problems. Mildew and mold on walls, windows frames. Condensation between glass on windows. Rust inside the apartments. Pest behind the walls. Moss on roof. Fireplaces not properly working produce smoke on others apartments.
