I've been living here since February, and I've really enjoyed my experience so far. Before moving in, I was sharing a place with three roommates, and it was often difficult because they were very messy. Having my own space now has made a huge difference, and it's been great to have a more comfortable and peaceful living environment.

The shared kitchens are usually not very busy, so I've rarely had any issues using them. The laundry room can get busy at times, and I occasionally have to wait for... a machine, but overall it's been manageable and not a major inconvenience.

The management team has always been friendly and Maintenance has also been very responsive and willing to help whenever I've needed assistance. Overall, I've had a positive experience living here and would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable place to live. Read More

Really friendly neighbors. The office was very friendly with their welcome… then after about a day I realized the loud banging and clanging through my walls at all hours of the day and night from the buildings operations would never stop… so loud even over my tv and earbuds… A staff member even agreed that it was pretty bad.

I was offered earbuds and an apology…. They pretty much told me it was my problem since I’m already moved in. They were kind enough after about 30 days to offer me to... transfer for 500.00.

I’m not saying it would happen to you. But you wouldn’t know til it’s too late.

Don’t be a statistic… there are more professional and customer oriented business.

A few days ago, I lost my phone, and it was picked up by someone who was living at Arete. I knew this because I had the "find my phone" feature on my watch. I could see that it was in the building, but where to begin looking? That's when Bethany stepped in. She was the manager on duty. She couldn't have been more helpful in locating exactly which room the phone was in and getting hold of the person (who was at work) to return it to her office. The tenant gladly did. Put in a request to fix some lights and some other things in the kitchen and within 24 Hours they sent a very professional individual that helped me sort out the issues I had. They were very quick and polite. Great Service!

I am always told by the office that they just had something cleaned so it won't be cleaned again for some long amount of time. I have found broken beer bottles and vomit in the stairwell, and have been harassed by homeless in fromt of the apartment complex. I won't let my son leave the building alone. It's not safe.
