IF YOU IS PIGS, THIS HERE'S YER DIGS!!

Been living here for about 20 years, and have watched the rent go up yearly, and the quality of living go down daily.
When I first bought a home here, it wasn't too bad, but the quality has been decreasing rapidly.
People don't mow their lawns overgrown with dandilions.
Patios look like junkyards and garbage dumps.
Some mobile homes are in disrepair, and/or just need simple upkeep like paint or skirting.
Some don't even have garbage service, and pile their garbage up in the back of their...
pickup trucks.that attracts rats, squirrils, other vermin.
There are dead mice in the streets; killed by roaming cats.
Possums, Raccoons and other wild animals prowl the area, so you have to watch your pets.
