Legacy Villas

This is the third apartment I've rented in the past year (the other two shall remain unnamed) and Legacy Villas is by far the best. Legacy hires knowledgeable staff to assist renters in finding exactly what we need. I explained what I wanted and what hasn't worked for me at other places and was told, "I understand and I think we have just the one for you and it's available right now." I've been living here for half a year now and have been very happy with my choice. They processed the paperwork... and had me moved in within a week, and this was the week after Christmas! The staff is stellar, extremely friendly, and consummate professionals, both in the office and in maintenance. Plus, the rents are very well priced compared to other Spokane Valley units. Clean and well-maintained grounds add to the comfort. The gym is over twice the size of most I've seen with plenty of equipment and overlooks a comfortably furnished bbq area and large swimming pool. Great apartment complex with a very welcoming staff. Always friendly and polite. Apartments are superb. Updated cabinets and utilities. Hardwood floors and a balcony or patio for each residence. Pool and huge fitness room is welcoming to all residents. Easy access to freeway and walking distance to all of liberty lake business and activities within the community. Would recommend to anyone looking to live in liberty lake
