Disgusting how they operate

Horrible place they talked me into filling out application. they charged me 295. 250 to hold the apartment for less than 20 min. When I called lady was extremely rude. Refused to give me a refund. I think they must be hurting for money or just greedy. glad I didn't get accepted here. Disgusting how they operate.
