Positive experience so far

I moved to glennbrooke in July 2019. So far, we have had a great experience. Bradley has been very welcoming and helpful . Parking is much better than our last place, we get a carport spot and one other spot. Parking can be crowded at the front of the apartments but there is usually room in the back. The complex isn't big so it's not far to walk. There is good ventilation, as well as lighting, for the apartments and the maintenance man, Brown is great at his job.

Great Apartment, Great Community

Living here at Glenbrook has been absolutely fantastic! We moved here from another apartment within the Weidner community whose management left something to be desired and which was very loud for us. When we first met with Bradley he was very helpful and made the entire process of moving in extremely easy. Glenbrook is a nice quiet community, and the people who live here are very friendly. Every month Bradley always has fun little things planned like patio decorating contests, which I love to… participate in. The parking has NEVER been an issue as is the case with many other apartments. Overall we enjoy living here and are happy to call Glenbrook our home.

Simply Incredible

Glennbrook is the first apartment complex I have been able to consider a "home." From the moment we applied, the experience has been amazing. Bradley is an incredible community manager. He is always prompt and friendly with communication and routinely takes in resident feedback to improve the community such as getting a new gate or enacting policies to cut down on dog waste left by residents. I have found that I rarely use extra amenities that other apartments offer such as pool, fitness center,… etc. So I was happy to find a complex that is just straightforward units and not trying to upsell you with bells and whistles. Bradley has regular community events such as bingo, trivia, holiday porch decorating contests, etc. that create a far stronger community than other places I have lived that had all the frills and material amenities. Maintenance is prompt and thorough and the community is kept clean. There is plenty of open parking and nearby shopping resources. Even with being close to HWY 99 and under a flight path, it stays quiet and safe. I happily recommend this community to people I know as a wonderful place to live and call home.
