Love Living Here

This apartment is tucked away and a nice escape from the city. The team who works here is kind and professional. I enjoy living here and seeing people bring their dogs to the little dog area. Grateful for this community.

Do Not Rent Here

The property has rats, mold, and water leaks. Packages are stolen regularly. Management is incompetent, unhelpful and will find any excuse to charge you fees with no notice and no option to remedy. Lastly, they will raise your rent every year until you are forced out so they can become a parasite to the next tenant.
