So Far the Best

This is my first time living in apartments and I really love it. They were patient with me this whole time. Not only they got a 1bdr for me but even for my brother as well. Now my brother and me live across from each other! Thank you to all office ladies and the maintenance people.

Good place to live!

I have lived at Millwood Estates apartments for a little over 5 years, and I understand the bad reviews and they are not wrong, as in the previous administrations there were some problems that really bothered the residents, but with the new administration a lot is changing for the better. Here is the best rental price in the area, great location, close to schools, Costco, Walmart, banks, supermarkets, restaurants, I-5 and 405. I want to congratulate new manager Suzy for the great changes she has… made, improving life of the residents.

New staff has made all the difference!

The staff change that happened after I moved here has been amazing. I used to struggle to get anything basic repaired, for months. Now we have Suzy & next day fixes. She actually cares about any issues & makes sure it's taken care of. Love it here.

Michael no longer works here

The Michael from all the five-star reviews has moved on... and it's painfully obvious. I'm not even a tenant yet and the difference in communication is jarring. Curt, detached, and they don't put in effort. As a renter we have a choice, and it's super easy to not choose woeful management.

... yes, it's cheap. And if you're like me you'll roll the dice on a cheap option for six mo. Take it from me, and the experience those dice throws have provided, the "professional insincerity" you'll be… dealing with here isn't worth a nickle. It's not malicious... they're not out to hurt you. They're just not there to help you either.

Helpful

I’m at the beginning of my search and I called with questions... Michael was very friendly and took the time to explain things, in contrast, other places I spoke to made me feel like I was interrupting them. It’s nice to see that customer service still means something.
