Poplar Lane Apartments

If I could give a zero, I would. While the staff have been friendly enough and I have been courteous and kind in turn, maintenance actually being the main reason I haven't entirely hated my experience here, the way the complex is managed is obscene. I want to start a new lease for my apartment, as my roommate is moving out of the country, and they are making it impossible. They are citing me needing to leave for 10-15 days to just move back in. Seriously? I have never heard of this before, ever.... Who has the ability or time for that? This is not how you maintain good tenants or how you run a business. Their practices are nearly archaic in a time where apps can be used to pay rent, ours must be paid in form of a check. The office hours are impossible to take advantage of for any normal person with a 8-5 job, and mail package pickup are only available during that time. Friendly, responsive and attentive staff makes this place great. I'm on my 4th month and only have nice things to say. Sure it's not brand new, but like I said, best value in town, makes the best for your dollar.
