How Is This Rating Determined?

Quick Repairs, Thin Walls

The interior of this place is nice looking. I lived here for over two years. However, the ground walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from your neighbors. There are also several unruly neighbors yet they were allowed to remain for years despite many complaints.

On the good side, they are on top of repairs over here. Very quick to address.
