We love the modern design of the properties, and have had a great experience with the property manager, who has been receptive to feedback and proactive in helping resolve issues.
The area is surrounded by quiet neighborhoods with easy access to nearby restaurants, businesses, gym etc.

This place is gorgeous. The property is so well managed and it’s so quiet. The inside are like model homes. The manager there Steve was his name was patient kind and did everything he could to help me. I have no been impressed by an apartment until I saw this property and staff. Ten stars. Perfect on all aspects.

The complex looks great from the outside, but inside was rushed and cheaply done. Unit was covered in dry wall dust and dirt when I moved in, not one thing was cleaned. The complaints about the noise are so true! You can hear EVERYTHING from your neighbors. I’ve never lived in an apartment where the floors and walls were this thin. I expected SO much more considering the price of the units here. Disappointed so far. The leasing office is very nice! But no amount of niceness can change the fact... these units were so cheaply and poorly built. If I had known this before I would have kept looking elsewhere for the price you pay here.
