I liked in the Mercer in 2014 and moved into a new apartment in the expansion. While the apartment was nice and the community interesting, the property management firm (Greystar) was impossible to deal with. I moved out early due to the fact that I was not pleased with the quality of the service and decided the community was not for me. When I moved out, I paid the bill presented to me and a follow up bill for "cleaning" despite the fact I had only been in the apartment for about three months... and never even used the oven, stove or microwave and basically had only slept in the apartment, almost nothing else. I thought it was a rip off, but I paid the bill and moved on. Then I began working with Greystar and was treated rudely, they actually hung up on me when I asked to speak with a manager and would not return my calls. Finally I looked them up on the BBB website and found Greystar has an F rating, and most of the complaints were similar to mine. Renter beware.....
