It is a very beautiful place to live but, the reason that I gave them 3 stars is,despite the fact that the apartments have been renovated, but have an old structure, secondly, the rental price for those who wish to renew the contract is much higher than what is registered on the site, rather than to customers that They are loyal to the community and wish to stay and they should give the same price as the price of the site, but they offer them much more and it's very expensive. this is very weird… and unfair!! The new finishes are lovely, but the were applied over the old wiring/plumbing. The fan in the master bath of my unit sounds like an airplane taking off, when it works at all. We've been advised by maintenance that there is nothing they can do about it. Also, the hot/cold faucets are backwards from normal. It's still a nice place to live.

Do read the fine print on lease renewals. You may find yourself unexpectedly paying more than thought you would.

Parkwood Apartments is going to be your next home! The latest renovation was finished with high end custom cabinets and marble tops throughout! Recessed can lights and dimming chandler. I can go on about the crown wooden trim and solid wood doors with brushed nickel handles, but these are just things you need to witness for yourself. When you walk into you new apartment walk onto hardwoods and dance to the carpeted bedrooms! The patios are XL! It's unreal how this property has transformed into what it is today. If you can imagine your standard laminate countertops and carpeted rooms with nothing special fixtures and white walls that's what it was up until two or so years ago. The outside has been freshly painted and there are three color patterns to give a modern look( much need).The interiors are hardwood in common areas, molding trim around the base(beautiful detail),carpet in the bedrooms, marble counter tops, white or dark… cabinets with brushed nickel handles. All the doors are designer doors and brushed nickel handles! The rooms have so much closet space you can get lost in there! The windows are so large and let in so much light and beautiful landscape, not to mention the shutters are of top quality design! In the winter the Fireplace works wonders it makes this resort style apartment feel like a retreat! Parkwood, as the fits, surrounding the property is tall evergreens 40 feet high and beautiful, landscape has all natural and indigenous to Washington plants so there is something beautiful all year around, plenty of GREEN grass to walk through with paths that take you through the acreage of property. Everywhere, you go in Parkwood you will find canopies shading you when you need it on a Hot summer day on your way to the pool! The clubhouse has an indoor and outdoor pool and hottub, full indoor basketball court, and state of art exercise equipment (open ealy for before work workouts and late for after work workouts)!
