We’ve lived here for about 9 months now and I have nothing but good things to say about both the management, and the maintenance teams. The Resident App makes it very easy to submit and track a request, and they are highly responsive. In fact, I don’t think I’ve ever actually had to check on the status of a request, because they are always on top of it! I previously worked in property management for many years, so I know it is often a tireless and thankless job. This apartment is not even worth of 1 star, specially because of the behavior of their staff, till you get into lease they will nicely talk with you and respond to your every calls, mails and messages and once you get into the trap, they never care for your calls, messages or mails, they don't even have the common sense to respond to your mails.

Customer support is very very poor here, they have a leasing office for name sake and you cannot find any agent for any kind of help/discussion when... you need, more over the rents are so highly priced, you can get a much much better apartment with this cost.

Based on my personal experience, i would say never step into this community and get trapped. Read More

Location wise Vesta is good with all major stores near by. However, leasing office/maintainance is poor. They dont even clean pressure wash common areas/porch etc in 2 years. They dont have leasing office staff anymore & hence no one to talk to when you have issue and want to discuss in person. v Even for such old proprerty with poor services, they keep increasing rent every year. Most pathetic is lease end/exit formalities. They just ask you to drop keys & then charge all the things which are... part of general wear and tear on your account. Apartment’s pathway are totally not build up for wheelchair friendly.

Though they have more than 250 apartments, pathway are not build for wheelchair.

And problem is not that these pathway are not build for wheelchair, problem is that office staff is not ready to accommodate.

Not recommended for any one, specially for people on wheelchair

I visited to this apartment to look for rental property, but I feel this apartment was very dirty and poorly maintained.

Dirty:
I could see, dog poop multiple places,
garbages at multiple places (include masks and tissues)
roads and paths are very dirty

Poorly Maintained:
I could see, lawn are not mowed,
tree leaves everywhere and got dirty
building and common areas are not maintained.

Very dirty and poorly maintained.
