Deceptive Descriptions and Shady Business Practices

Unless you want to lose $350 due to poor communication from the office staff and a lack of their being upfront about their policies, let alone deceptive descriptions of the units, don’t even apply here. If there is a tree outside your window, they will say that you have a wooded view and they will charge you extra for it. If you have questions or hesitations about a unit you applied for, you will not be informed that you are within a 24 hour refund window until after it has passed and your money... is theirs. STAY. AWAY.

Not worth it - Look elsewhere

Come here if you want a super good chance of your car being broken into (sometimes even more than once every few months!), or if you want to move again in a year when they raise your rent 30-40%.

Management has refused to do anything like add security or even cameras while people living here have been begging for some sort of action for some time now.

Units are nice and it's nearish shopping (though you definitely will need a car), so that's the only reason for upping it to 2 stars instead...
of 1.

Better hope the previous tenants didnt ruin the place...

I lived here nearly 3 years in a beautiful apartment and had no issues. Easily a 5 star experience... however... I recently transferred apartments and downsized from a 2 bed to a 1 bed (no more roommates) and upon moving in I found that the whole apartment had some "vanilla cleaner" smell.

I thought it was just from the cleaning people, but now 2 weeks later I have determined with certainty that the smell had soaked into the WALLS of the apartment from the previous tenants. Its the result of...
some incense oil or something and the whole place is nauseating.

If that weren't enough, any attempt to clean it (baking soda & vinegar, degreaser, deodorizer, etc) has had no effect.

The reason I give the apt a 1 star review is that in talking to the leasing office, they have stonewalled me and dismissed my concerns. Even their own service department has admitted the smell is strong. The leasing office doesn't care and even told me "I live with some roommates that also have some bad odors, I just learned to deal with it"
Umm, excuse me... I don't HAVE any roommates. These are the previous tenants, NOT my roommates!

Unbelievable. I pay for a clean apartment, not a stinky sticky wall apartment.

Amazing Customer Service and Unique apartments

I loved my time at The Reserve. The staff is friendly and kind and get things done quickly. The phase 1 apartments are very unique and have fun floor plans, larger than typical apartments and they have lots of storage. Most of the apartments on the back of the community have some sort of cozy wooded view as well. I loved my time there!
