Summerglen Apartments

The rent is reasonable and the management and the maintenance people are really great. There is management here 5 1/2 days a week and they really are supportive. Maintenance is on the ball and tries to get to your problem as soon as humanly possible. There is not one but TWO play areas for kids in the apartment complex and there are things for the kids to do during the summer. The area has two major airports in the area, Seattle- Tacoma airport just south of Seattle and Bellingham international… in Bellingham, Washington. This is the perfect place for what ever you either want or need to do. If you are a college student or want to go to/return to college then Summerglen is right across the street from Skagit Valley college. We are close a intermediate ( Jr. high) school with a small boys and girls club next door. Doctors offices and a hospital are with-in a 10 minute drive of the apartments. You will be close to both regional theaters, a performance hall and weather it be downtown Mount Vernon or a major mall/shopping center then you are a 15 to 20 minute drive from them. 30 to 40 minutes north of here is Bellis-Fair mall in Bellingham Washington, which is even known to people in Canada. Speaking of Canada, if you wish to visit that Great Country then you are only 1 to 1 and a 1/2 drive from the border. You are only 1 to 1 and a 1/2 hours away from a state ferry,a beautiful way to spend anywhere from a 1 to 2 hour ride,that takes you to the San Juan Islands, including Friday Harbor where you can go whale watching. If you like winter sports then Mt. Baker and Stevens pass are 2 to 2 and a 1/2 hours away. The World Champion Seattle Seahawks are only 1 hour and 15 minutes away in in Seattle. Lastly, if you like to go to casinos to gamble, then you are in luck. There are 4 casinos that are a 30 to 40 minutes away with one more 1 to 1 and a 1/2 hours away.
