On the Green Apartment Homes

I want to share my experience after moving out of an apartment in hopes it helps other tenants be aware.
After moving out, I was charged over $900 in repair and miscellaneous fees that I strongly dispute. Many of the items listed appear to be things that were either normal wear and tear or were already present when I moved in.
I have video documentation from my move in experience showing the unit was not properly cleaned and had multiple issues at the start of my lease. Because of this, the... charges being claimed now raise serious concerns.
If other former tenants from this property have experienced similar move-out charges or questionable fees, I would encourage you to speak up and share your experience. If this is happening to multiple people, it may indicate a broader issue that should be addressed.
For anyone renting anywhere, I strongly recommend documenting everything during move-in and move-out with photos and video.

You're definitely getting a deal for renting a place On The Green at Harbour Pointe Apartments. Staff is very attentive and move in process is easy. Clean and nice neighborhood. We love the fact is right next to the gold course.

I have been living here in my same apartment since Dec 2020. I love it here. The grounds and surroundings are beautiful. The office and maintenence staff are awesome. Great place to walk with the dog. Friendly neighbors. It's why I have stayed and continue to do so!
