6) No criminal offenses that are violent, theft, or classified as a felony
7) Occupancy limit: may not exceed 2 persons.
8) One of the following legally verifiable forms of ID
a. A government issued photo ID (Driver's License or other government issued ID)
b. One of the following: Birth Certificate or Passport
9) All occupants eighteen (18) years of age and older must be screened, approved and be signed on the lease
