My mom recently moved out of LARC. They do not enforce their noise policy. They had a gentleman using power tools in the apartment above my mom and after numerous complaints with the on-site staff she gave her notice and moved out. They then kept her deposit and billed her for items that were not her responsibility. She is working with her attorney to resolve this. The clubhouse is closed when staff is not on-site and they have reduced those hours over the year that she lived there.

Not what they promise
Before moving in I stressed to the leasing agent, Trevor, that I was renting a third floor apartment because a quiet apartment was a top priority for me; he assured me that they enforce a 24 hour seven day a week quiet policy. For most of a year now I have been complaining about loud voices and TV from the apartment directly below me. Management acknowledges the problem but has still not stopped the noise.
