This home is accessible to wheelchair users. Both bathrooms have grab bars, and one is big enough for a person with a wheelchair. There are no steps to enter, and the concrete floors are easy to roll across. Smoking and fireworks are prohibited. There are four exterior security cameras installed on the premises: outside storage container directed toward the house, front porch overlooking the driveway, sunroom door facing the woods and driveway, and covered patio with grill positioned on the outside beam capturing the view towards the driveway. Tampering with outside cameras is cause for immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 penalty fee and you are subject to immediate eviction. If pet droppings are found on the property there will be an extra charge of $35 per pile. Check-out is at 11 AM, overstaying will be penalized with $50 USD per hour. Personal mail delivery to the property is not permitted. It is essential that you respect the privacy of the neighbors and avoid loud noises.
