Located in a quiet suburb, this house is a short 15-minute drive to Salt Creek Rec Area for sandy beaches, picnics, kayaking, and tidepooling, and less than 30 minutes from Lake Crescent for waterfall trails and lake kayaking. It's also only 40 minutes from Olympic National Park and approximately 18 minutes from the Olympic Discovery Trail.
Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 additional cleaning fee and you are subject to immediate eviction. If pet droppings are found on the property there will be an extra charge of $35 per pile. Renters who do not comply with the non-smoking policy may be asked to leave without a refund and may be assessed with a $300 smoke removal fee, charged to the renter’s credit card. Tampering with outside cameras is cause for immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund.
