Great place to live!

I've had a wonderful experience living at this apartment complex. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the grounds are always kept looking nice. The manager and leaseing agents are friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever I have a question or need assistance. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the staff truly cares about the residents.
The location is convenient, and the amenities are a great bonus. I feel safe and comfortable here, and my neighbors… have been welcoming and respectful. Overall, this has been a great place to call home, and I would definitely recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

Amazing Tour!

I had a great tour with Shannon. She really highlighted all the wonderful aspects of this property. I had toured a few other apartments, and Santa Fe Ridge employees were by far the most pleasant.

Best tour ever!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I just toured this property with the leasing agent, Mandy. What a sweetheart! She was kind, caring, and funny. We haven’t made a decision yet, but if she treats her residents as well as she treats her leads, I bet her tenants love her!

Updated Units and Resort like Pool

From my first call with the leasing office to settling in to our apartment we had a great experience! Mandy in the leasing office took really good care of us and made the application process feel super smooth. I love that our apartment has an updated kitchen with lots of counter space and cabinets. The closets are also amazing and really large! The pool is one of our favorite amenities, it feels like we're at a resort with the cabana chairs. We look forward to using the pool during the winter… since its heated year-round.
I definitely recommend this place!

Under New Management

I’ve been here for over four years. I’ve see. Some big changes since the new management has started. The leasing team in the office is always respectful and the maintenance team is always willing to help.
