This is a dog-friendly home and dogs are only accepted with an applicable pet fee per pet (limit 2) and prior agreement with the terms stated in the pet policy. Cats or other pets are not allowed.
Ideal for families or a quiet getaway with friends, Evergreen Haven is more than just a place to stay—it’s a place to reset.
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. There may be an RV parked at the end of the driveway near the street, which may occasionally be occupied by the property owners. Their presence will not affect your privacy or use of the home. There are neighbor dogs, chickens and livestock running loose in the neighborhood. All dogs must be kept on a leash outside, as the backyard is not fully fenced. Renters who do not comply with the non-smoking policy may be asked to leave without a refund and may be assessed with a $300 smoke removal fee, charged to the renter’s credit card. Tampering with outside cameras is cause for immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund. Overstaying check out will be penalized with $50 USD per hour.
