Great Location, Good Price, Nice Staff!
I LOVED my experience with DABCO/Emerald Downs. The location is close to campus and a bus stop. The unit was modern and well appointed. The staff was great to deal with, ask for Ariel! She's awesome! I'd rent from them again in a heartbeat!

Loved it
Despite the lack of urgency with work orders, the apartment was clean, spacious and felt like home. Loved that it had outside storage and a deck! Very efficient when it came to utilities and rent prices were manageable. Within walking distance of campus!
