Maple Valley

For transparency, I was asked to leave a review by the management. However, because I like the management so much I decided that I'd give it a shot!

I live in a third-floor, one-bedroom apartment. It's near silent when I'm inside, although I'm sure my location helps. The only noise issues I've encountered have been occasional cars late at night blasting music, which is hardly the apartment's fault, and the wind on stormy nights. Other than that, noise is not an issue, and studying here hasn't... been a problem.

My apartment was very clean when I moved in, no issues to speak of. A few months after living here my garbage disposal broke, but after talking with the manager, maintenance came up the next day to replace it with a new one.

Communication with the manager herself has been fantastic. She is friendly and easy to talk to. The Maple Valley guidelines are laid out very nicely.

I like the on site washing facilities, but they do run on quarters, so you'll have to stop by your bank to stock up.

It's very close to multiple bus stops, so it's great for students who use public transportation.

Overall my experience here has been very positive. I would recommend this to someone who likes peace and quiet. Read More
